Mediteranian Diet is Touted as Ideal.

The newest information on dieting lists the mediteranian diet as supperior to ours. If you compare it to a fast food US diet, there would be no comparison. Healthy in equals healthy out!

This diet is especially good because it keeps a good ratio of omega6 to omega3 fats. Our US diets are unhealthy in that these fats are out of balance. We need a 2 or 3/1 ratio of omega6 to omeaga3 fats while our basic US diet is closer to 20 to 50/1. A quality supplement like Tripernol can help reduce this ratio into a more healthy mode.
